Ballet Fit

Developed by Kim (Dance Teacher) and Simon (Personal Trainer at Vibe Fitness, Bath), this class combines the physical elements of ballet technique with repetition, resistance through the use of stretch bands, balance challenges using yoga blocks, floor barre and stretch exercises. With this class you get two sets of beady eyes looking over your movements - one with a classically trained aesthetic view point, the other from a functional fitness perspective. Expect to be worked hard!
